Job Description :
Coordination with respective departments for compiling necessary information for project related work.
Coordinate with Purchase team for project related procurement/job matters.
Coordinate with the Finance team for payment related matters.
Coordination with Engineering & respective department for Project execution.
Coordinating with Engineering department for Maintenance (civil) related work in plants, and certifying their bills.
Preparation of New Project Proposals.
Freezing Bill of quantities& technical specifications for civil items.
Making of Technical Comparison for civil work and putting up of technical recommendation to purchase.
Certifying civil work bills.
Preparation of Civil Project Cost estimates
Preparation of Project Implementation schedule..
Discussion with Vendors for specifications, quotations etc.
Coordination with Contractors for successful project completion.
Discussions with consultants for debottlenecking for ongoing projects.
Coordination with parties for sorting out Project related issues
Coordinating within the department for the Timely raising of indents in SAP.
Coordinating within the department for Timely submission of completion reports for projects.
Ensure timely project completion and submission of bills.
Key Requirements :
Skills: Civil works, coordination, Project Proposals, Civil Project Cost estimates, Vendors for specifications, SAP, Excel.
Experience range – 3 to 8 Years in Pharma API Organization
