Larsen & Toubro Ltd – Job Description
L&T Heavy Civil Infra is looking for Formwork Manager / Engineer for Bridges / Metros / Ports Project across India
Job Profile
Preparation of formwork programme based on the construction programme.
Finalization & co-ordination for shuttering scheme
Ensuring effective & proper utilization of shuttering & staging material.
Planning & allocation of formwork material, workforce & machinery for formwork activities in coordination with concerned teams at the site
Driving cycle time as per the plan
Educating sub-contractors on formwork systems
Mock-up of different formwork systems at the site
Scheme implementation at the site with while ensuring compliance to safety & quality standards
Periodic Reconciliation of Formwork material
Timely preparation of requirement & release schedule
Formwork cost working & monitoring the same throughout the project
Undertake basic acceptance tests (quality) for ply
Formwork performance, report generation & timely submission to cluster
Bring in best practices adopted in high rise construction
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers & consultants
Identify & implement best practices and measure improvements
Locations: Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad
