Job Description
Overall Coordination with all consultants & Contractor.
Performs programming efforts such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, lighting and color coordination
Research, select and document the overall interiors package for a variety of architectural projects, including but not limited to full FF&E:
Review of Design & Drawings in accordance to the project requirement. Routine coordination with the consultants: Architectural, Structural, MEP & other specialized vendor/contractors.
Managing the changes at site & rectification in drawing through proper protocol, assuring the vendor drawings in compliance with design & technical requirements.
Resources Mobilization of staff, labor, machinery, vendors & specialized agencies as per the construction schedule & priorities.
Procurement of construction materials & project site development. Routine estimation of additional resources requirement and mobilization by follow-up from higher-up.
Understanding interior design and drawings, coordinate with designers for implementation.
Review the project plans and specifications and comment if any on the building design, scheduling, possible Cost savings measures, and potential construction problems.
