PREPARING BUDGET ESTIMATES AT FOR PROJECTS (5-8 nos.) HAVING AN OVERALL QUANTUM OF 10 LAC SQ. FT
COORDINATING WITH: ARCHITECTURAL DEPT: OBTAINING
ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS, LATEST SPECIFICATIONS, DETAILS OF FINISHES FROM ARCHITECTS INTERNAL/EXTERNAL
EXECUTION DEPT: FOR CHANGES IN ITEMS/SPECIFICATIONS; OBTAINING QUANTITIES OF SERVICES LIKE PLUMBING; ELECTRICAL WORKS; FIREFIGHTING
PURCHASE DEPT: FOR VARIOUS RATES OF FINISHING AS WELL AS CONTRUCTION MATERIALS
CONTRACTS DEPT: FOR OBTAINING LABOR CONTRACT RATES; CONTRACTS AWAREDE; REVISIONS & VARIATION IN ORDERS PLACED
PREPARING COST REVIEW STATEMENTS & RECONCILIATION & CASH FLOW
QUICK ESTIMATES OF VARIOUS ITEMS FOR INTERNAL ARCHITECTS TO TAKE DESIGN DECISIONS.
RECONCILIATION OF MATERIALS CONSUMED AT SITE AND COST BOOKED BY ACCOUNTS V/S ESTIMATED.
