Position – Assistant Manager (IL6)
Program Design
1. Employees selected for this program will be placed as Asst. Manager (IL6)
2. Such employees will undergo a specially designed 6 Month course which will comprise
the classroom (At Jamshedpur) as well as on-the-job (at any of the company locations) training
3. The employee would undergo periodic evaluations and the basis of successful completion of the assessment will be placed in any location of the company.

Minimum Education Qualifications
1. Must have completed BE / B Tech / B Sc (Engg) in the above-specified discipline
2. Must have attended a Full-time AICTE/UGC-approved Campus Program. Part-time courses, distance education programs, and correspondence courses are not eligible
3. Must have scored a minimum of 6.5 (where the scoring pattern is CGPA) or 65% (where the scoring pattern is in percentage) in BE / B Tech / B Sc (Engg) Examination.
Experience – Must have completed Three (3) years in any of the locations of TSM /TSL (with continuity of service) as of the date of advertisement and currently should be in the level JBA & JBB.
Age – Should not be more than 35 years as of 31st January 2023 (Candidates born on or after 31st January 1988)

2. 31st March 2023 will be taken as the cut-off date for considering experience.
3. If the information submitted by the candidate is found to be incorrect, during or after the selection process, the candidate will be removed from the selection process and suitable action will be taken.

Selection Procedure
1. The selection procedure will comprise of functional/behavioral assessment through a
written test, cognitive test, and interview process.
2. Specific guidelines pertaining to assessment will be shared with the eligible candidates
before the written test.
3. Candidates who are found ineligible as per the laid down criteria at any stage of the selection process will be immediately disqualified from the further selection process.
