Job description
Position – Assistant / Deputy Manager – ServicesLocation : Virar, Mumbai
- Provide specialist civil (Plumbing, Firefighting and related) inputs during concept design
- Validate Bill Of Quantities for Civil (Plumbing, Firefighting and related) works as prepared by the architect
- Analyze civil (Plumbing, Firefighting and related) tender bids and prepare rate analysis documents
- Developing civil (Plumbing, Firefighting and related) contractors
- Pre-qualification of civil (Plumbing, Firefighting and related) contractors
- Preparing a detailed project plan for the civil (Plumbing, Firefighting and related) activities including time, resources required and costs
- Maintain critical design documentation and ensure updates based on agreed changes, if any
- Analyze civil (Plumbing, Firefighting and related) extra work requests and estimate cost implications
- Monitor civil (Plumbing, Firefighting and related) contractor performance on an on-going basis.
- Maintain time, effort, labor and cost details for civil (Plumbing, Firefighting and related) activities at appropriate levels of detail in the estimation database
- Maintain civil (Plumbing, Firefighting and related) contractor labor rates for cost estimation
