Job Description
- You will be the posted at a Factories Project and the scope of work shall include but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the Physical delivery of the project as per contractual commitment with required Safety/Quality Standards and within cost provisions.
- Studying the drawing, relevant codes, preparing BBS, quantity survey, preparing measurements/bills, etc.
- Handle workmen and subcontractors and maintain good relation with client
- Implementing & ensuring all the Safety practices in order to protect man, machinery and all other employed & deployed asset at the site.
- Coordination between Design team, Project Team, and Clients for Structure, Finishing and MEP works.
- Conducting with all sub-contractors (Finishing, MEP and Specialty sub-contractors).
- Implementation of Approved Project Quality Plan & Safety Plan.
- Reviewing Work method Statements and suggesting better practices for Better Productivity of labor/Equipment.
- Any other related work as assigned by management.
- Assisting Construction Manager and Project Manager in all project related issues.
