Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the groundwork for submitting a successful bid to the Client.
- Reviews the entire RFP along with the Proposal Lead
- Raises any queries/missing information in the RFP that might hamper further working to the coordinator, who in turn, forwards it to the Client.
- Quantity surveying and preparing bills of quantities.
- Quantifies the project based on specialized software and take-off sheets as per the instructions and specifications are given by the Proposal Co-ordinator
- Approaches vendors for quotations of the various elements, as pinned out by the team and the coordinator.
- List out the major brought-out items to be supplied as per RFP. Coordinating with supplier for vendor management getting offers, preparation of comparison & negotiations for same.
- Prepares the COP & IOM for review and approval of the Proposal Head Study of tender documents and drawings.
- Effectively working in handling the QS working of commercial, residential, airport, hospital projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or Postgraduate in Civil Engineering with 5-8 years experience in Proposal/QS.
