Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for effective negotiation, Vendor Development, Product Development, Lead-time reduction, ensuring smooth materials movements, making Rate Contracts, E-Procurement/Reverse auction & Applying Inventory Control techniques.
- Achieving savings against Tender Workings / PSE-DC
- Capability building for in-house costing analysis and historical cost checking/benchmark pricing for negotiation.
- To coordinate with regional team & design team for early release of packages. Also, to coordinate with Finance & Commercial to speed up the approval process of CS.
- To expedite the procurement process – Requisition to Release of PO.
- Reduction of inventory limit.
- Monitoring consumption, inventory control, perpetual inventory.
Desired Candidate Profile
BE Civil with 20-25 years of experience and SAP MM
