About Shapoorji Pallonji
The Shapoorji Pallonji Group (SP Group) is an Indian business conglomerate in India with interests in construction, real estate, textiles, engineering goods, home appliances, shipping, publications, power, and biotechnology. It was headed by Pallonji Mistry until 2012 when he announced his retirement and his son Shapoor Mistry took charge. Estimate Various Quantities of Project Excavation, RCC, BBM, Plaster, Waterproofing, Flooring, Doors, Window, Grill, Railing, Painting, CP & Sanitary Fittings etc.
Prepare Block & Planning Budget for Work/ Project.
Preparation of Measurement Sheet, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Comparison Statement, Cost analysis reports for the smooth running project.
Review the correspondence documents/PTC (Pre Tender Clarification) & submission of Tender / Contract Documents.
Reconciliation of Materials.
Preparing Invoices & to check interim payment certificates, final payment certificates, variation orders, rate analysis of new items, claims on variation.
Knowledge of conditions of contract (FIDIC).
Vital role in Pre contract & Post Contract Activities.
Salary: INR 7,00,000 – 12,00,000 P.A.
