2. Lab Technician/ Assistant (Quality)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. ENGINEER / SENIOR ENGINEER (QA/QC):
Implementation of project-specify Quality Plan
Maintaining Records for Incoming Material Inspection
Maintaining Records for Tests on construction materials
Records for Labour contractor Evaluation
Maintaining Records for Process Control & related inspections, tests
Calibration & Validation of Inspection, Measuring & Test Equipment
Corrective actions for Non-conformities
Inculcation of Quality Awareness in all Engineers
Educational Qualifications:
- Should be B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma (Civil) with 4 to 10 yrs of exp.
- Should have experience with reputed civil contracting construction companies.
- Good in written and oral communication.
- Hi-rise/ commercial building experience is mandatory.
2. Lab Technician / Assistant (QA/QC)
Should be aware of all Laboratory testing of all materials including concrete and aggregates
Carry out joint inspections with clients and obtain approval for materials
Inspection of incoming material and report to the project manager.
Arrange/establish concrete mix design on sites for various grades of concrete.
Maintain proper documentation and day-to-day correspondence with planning and client.
Preparation of Mix design for all constructions activities
5-15 years of experience in High-rise buildings / Commercial construction projects with relevant exposure to multi-disciplinary activities
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE1. SSC / ITI with 5-15 years of experience from reputed construction companies. Hi-rise/Commercial Building experience mandatory.
