He is responsible for the execution of Multi Storeyed Building ( G+35 Floors)
Has to lead a team of engineers from all functions
plan the execution as per the drawing & cost
co-ordinate with client and consultants
manage the subcontractors for smooth & quick execution
execute the project as per the quality manual
