Job description
*To Effectively Plan and Execute Work at Site as per defined SOP’S, manage client communication and handover the site on or before time.
*Finalizing Subcontractors of all works according to BOQ & pre-approved rates without the support of management
Required Candidate profile
*Civil Engineer with +4 years of experience(Repairs experience preferred)
*Should have team handling experience.
*Strong knowledge of Repairs & restoration work.
*Understanding of project cost, excess saving statement, site management, and schedule.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
