Job description
Responsible for tracking linking /track laying with NTC/ manual if as per approved design and construction plan
Immediate arrangement of track works after laying of the track like sleeper spacing and squaring, top ballasting, tamper machine, and regulator machine.
Destressing of Track with both Solar Method and Tensor Method.
Taking care of overall Quality of Track before and after Inspection to hand over the Stretch of the track to the client
Ensuring all the activities is done accordingly to the Method of Statement and Technical Specifications.
Looking after all the Welding processes like Flash Butt Welding, Alumino Thermit Welding and grinding of both to get it done up to final requirement.
Coordinating with the QA/QC team to ensure that all the site requirements have fulfilled with complete track materials.
Checking the final Method Statements of a particular work and do necessary changes if it demands it.
Self-inspection of track alignment by visually and as well as by PWI’s data and Survey data.
