Job Description
CONTRACTS JD
Study of contracts, the scope of work and determining critical milestones.
Preparing Contract Appreciation Document.
Study of FIDIC and Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Preparing EOT proposals, variation proposal and follow up with client & consultants for sanctioning of various claims.
Liasoning works such as Insurance Policies, Labor License, etc.
Document control.
Regular interactions with the customers, consultants, vendors, and specialized agencies for technical, quality and commercial related issues.
Reviewing tenders.
Knowledge of ERP- Quadra Q-suite.
Study contractual obligations & rights, commercial conditions and evaluation of technical/ financial problems for management reporting
Contractual Correspondences with Client, Contractors
