Senior Engineer (Chemical):

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology in Chemical/Petrochemical /Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology /Chemical Technology & Polymer Science/ Chemical Technology & Plastic Technology with minimum of 65% marks. Minimum 01 (One) year post qualification Experience

Senior Engineer (Mechanical):

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology in Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical & Automobile with minimum 65% marks. Minimum 01 (One) year post qualification Experience

Senior Engineer (Electrical):

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics with minimum 65% marks. Minimum 01 (One) year post qualification Experience

Senior Engineer (Instrumentation):

Senior Officer (E&P):

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Petroleum /Mechanical /Chemical /Mining/Electrical/Civil with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 01 (One) year post qualification experience

Senior Officer (F&S):

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire/ Fire & Safety with minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having one year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Central/ Regional Labour Institute recognized by Government. Minimum 01 (One) year post qualification experience

Senior Officer (C&P):

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Metallurgy / Civil/ Telecommunication with minimum 65% marks. Preference would be given to candidates having two years MBA with a specialization in Materials Management. Minimum 01 (One) year post qualification experience

  • Master Degree in Hindi Literature with minimum 60% marks. Should have English as one of the subjects in Graduation. Minimum 02 (Two) years post qualification experience.

GAIL ET Recruitment Selection Procedure:
  • The Selection Process will involve Group Discussion and/or Interview before the Selection Committee.
  • For the Senior Officer (F&S) Post: Selection Process will involve Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Interview before the Selection Committee.
  • For the post of Officer (Security): Selection Process will involve a Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Interview before the Selection Committee. PwBDs, if any, will be exempted from PET.
  • For the post of Officer (Official Language): Selection Process will involve Skill Test (English to Hindi translation and vice-versa) and Interview before the Selection Committee.
