Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Proven working experience as an architect.
• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Supervise the project work.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Architects & Contractors. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Prepared BOQ.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

Educational Qualification: 

UG: B.Arch in Architecture, Diploma in Architecture, Civil, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
PG: M.Arch in Architecture, M.Tech in Civil
