Job Description
- Acquiring new Tenders and Bidding for New Tender.
- Preparation of Tender documents
- Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
- Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post-contract award.
- Estimation and Preparation of Techno-Commercial Proposals for Projects.
- Prepare costing including equipment, materials and labour calculations for final approval along with the technical bid.
- Cost Rate analysis of items in the tender.
- Tendering, budgeting & cost estimation of the project from initial to the submission stage.
- Reading and interpreting drawings.
- Visit the sites, and collect the relevant field data.
- The market survey of the raw material costs, leads and specific conditions prevailing at Site and requirements of the tender.
- Prepare Brief report on new projects and its viability.
- Submission of Tenders (Online tender Submission wherever Required)
