Time Management: The project manager must define, schedule, and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule,
Budgeting: Making an accurate estimate at every field, monitor the actual spend as compared to the planned budget,
Procurement Management: Efficiently run the procurement process as per the prescribed requirement with no negligence and with 100% ethical & compliance to process,
Data Management: Should have a complete database on technical & commercial grounds about vendors against each discipline & location, material knowledge is must in line with design parameters, value engineering & value additions skills are mandatory for all activities that are executed,
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Civil
