Job Description
Preparation of Master and Micro Schedules.
Preparation of project budgeting, costing.
Tracking and analyzing gap analysis
Resource Identification, allocation & Leveling, Productivity analysis
Coordination with Subcontractors
Contractual correspondences with client
Preparation and approval of various contractual claims
Preparation of rate analysis for extra items and approval from the client
Preparation of Material procurement schedule as per baseline program.
Monitoring the progress and plan for the shortfall as per Key Dates achievement.
Planning and Scheduling using MSP and Primavera P6
Salary: INR 10,00,000 – 20,00,000 PA.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Civil
