Hiring Civil Engineers in Technical Support as Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager
Accountability:
- Customer service: Customer service by providing effective customer care to enhance customer loyalty & satisfaction.
Demand generation: Organising & conducting demand generation activities like; architects, builders, painters, contractors meet, trade exhibition, customer awareness camp, counter meet etc. - Attending Customer Quality Complaints: To resolve complaints promptly & to the best of customer satisfaction in order to develop long term relationship with the customer.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): CRM & appraising the management regarding competitors activities.
Training & Development: Organising & conducting training sessions for white cement applications & new product.
Experience: 2+ years for B.E. (Civil) and minimum 4+ years for Diploma Civil is mandatory
Preferred Age: up to 33 years
Locations:
Dehradun, Noida, Ranchi and other locations in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar & Jharkhand. Candidates ready to move anywhere in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar & Jharkhand would be preferred.
