Job Description
Walk-in at Vascon Engineers for Engineer / Sr. Engineer(Execution / QS / Planning / Quality / MEP / Plant & Machinery), Goa
Experience: 4 to 12 Years in Commercial / Industrial Projects
Education Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Technical Skills Required
Execution Engineers
Independently handling RCC work and civil construction, Coordinate with Project Manager for all the site activities, Monitor labour and ensure to idling of time, Adherence to daily project schedule, Exposure to finishing work tiling, false ceiling, services coordination etc.
Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer
Handling quantities / BOQ preparations, Cost Estimates, Handling Contractual Issues, Rate Analysis, Billing, Variation and Claims, Budget Control, Physical Checks
Planning Engineer
Ability to Compile all Technical and Commercial specifications, Working knowledge of Primevera and AutoCAD, Ability to plan the activities at Project Site and push execution team for adherence.
Quality Engineer
Good Exposure to procedure & quality standards in a Construction site, Plan and perform testing techniques for continual improvement, Plan and perform incoming and in process inspection and audit, Help in conducting internal audits, Check quality of incoming materials.
MEP Engineer
MEP Execution and Site Coordination, Coordination with various contractors & consultants, Taking care of site execution of electrical, mechanical & plumbing services, Able to execute and supervise the work as per approved drawings / plan.
Plant & Machinery Engineer
Maintain high levels of Safety & Quality, Should possess extensive knowledge of Plant & Machinery. Responsible for repairs & maintenance works for plant and machinery and Procure manpower for Plants, Machinery and other Vehicles.
