Positions: Project Manager
Job Description
Post degree minimum of 12 years experience and 5 years as Project Manager
Should have working experience in Pre Engineering Building (PEB) work, Piling,
Infrastructure work, building work, embankment work. Candidates having experience in
Metro projects will be preferred Job Description Responsible for Project Execution, Planning, Contract Administration, Execution Scheduling, Quality adherence & Budgeting
Resourceful – capable to arrange & mobilize resource at Project Site
Pricing and costs analysis/review. Coordinates Project-related approvals, activities with Government or other agencies as required.
Co-ordination with Architects, Contractors, and Clients during all phases of construction activities
Responsible for cost control measures for optimum utilization of resources
Ability to understand the latest techniques in building materials, building systems and interior trends including installation and maintenance Management of existing clients & Liaison with external agencies, Govt. officials, Statutory Bodies.
