Walk-In Interview for Project Engineer / Planning Engineer 

Project Engineer  

Assists the Project Manager in : Preparation of Control Budget/Site Budget detailed work schedule / network in alignment with the overall project schedule and monitoring of projects, Coordination with Civil In charge/RCM/Planning Engineers for smooth execution of project by ensuring timely supply of materials, manpower and T&P etc., Coordination with SSDs such as Fleet/SCM/F&A for procurement of T&P/materials/payments to subcontractor, suppliers and other agencies involved in the project; issue and monitoring of waybills, visits to sites for expediting the field work, collection of data on actual costs incurred and output analysis vis-a-vis budgeted; Facilitates project closure; compliance to ISO/OHSAS/TBEM requirements; Statutory compliance

Planning Engineer

Preparation of work break – down structure ; plan, schedule and Monitoring of the project timelines, assistance in manpower planning, checks for any deviations/variations in the scope of work and gives alerts for raising of claims on client, identifying likely risks, initiates steps to mitigate the identified risks in coordination with contracts, monitoring of identified risks, corrective actions, helping the project team in placement of Purchase/Work orders from RO, MIS, conducting review meetings at RO with all vendors/contractors/project team, preparation of minutes of meeting and follow-up action, attending review meetings conducted by client, coordination with Engineering/Design consultants for timely release of construction drawings, arranges required BGs, project insurance coverage and keeps vigil on the validity of the same including those of suppliers/subcontractors, processing of vendors’/sub-contractors’ bills, Reallocation of resources for any slippages in the schedule; assessment of materials/equipment required for the project, ensuring timely delivery of the same; Cost analysis while allocating the resources; preparation of project control budget, Monitoring the cost of the project; coordinates with F&A for raising of invoices,

Experience: 3-10 years of experience in Project / Planning
