Job Description
Responsibility to award subcontracts for execution of Civil works for rail or road and other infrastructure projects.
Responsibility to award subcontracts for installation, engineering and other services for construction projects.
Should have handled the entire procurement process from PR to PO (including post-award follow up), coordinate with engineering and project management team and comply internal approval process award of work order/Subcontracts.
Price negotiation skills and a good understanding of conditions of Contract as applicable to the construction industry.
Item rates for various civil works items.
Item rates for installation services.
In-depth knowledge of the procurement process.
Contract and commercial knowledge.
Location – Noida
Desired Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
