Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Preparing DLR And DPR
2) Taking responsibility for structural and finishing work in residential buildings.
3) Ensure Quality of work, Material Control, and Time Management.
4) Bill Preparation of subcontract bill every fortnight and updating in ERP.
5) Day-To-Day Management of the site including Supervisor and Monitoring the labor force and work of any sub-contractor.
6) Responsible for monthly daily reports.
Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
