Job description
Roles
1.Coordination with all clients and PMCs.
2.Internal coordination with the technical team to close out designs, formwork selections
3.Coordination with projects and site team for program preparation, budget preparation, and approval.
4.Coordination with all sites in terms of planning and billing.
5.Contracts management
a) Drafting contractual emails to client
b) Discussing Techno commercial issues with the client.
Required Candidate profile
1.Project execution experience of 12-15yrs
2.Values handled – 100-200 cr
3.Worked for 5 yrs in a senior position
4.Handled at least 2 projects independently
5.Experience of working in PMC for 2 yrs would be an additional qualification
