JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. ENGINEER / SENIOR ENGINEER – (FINISHES):
- Coordination of finishing activities like plaster, flooring, MEP works, cladding, false ceiling, etc,
- Should have exposure to high-end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, and interior jobs. Must be capable of the leading team of foremen, charge hands and workers, and handling assigned tasks independently.
- Ensure good finishing and quality for all civil & interior fit-out & finishing work.
Desired Candidate profile
1. B.E. / Diploma civil engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience.
2. Candidate should have experience in having done finishing works in IT Parks / commercial buildings/hotels.
2. ENGINEER / SENIOR ENGINEER – (CONSTRUCTION):
- Timely completion of the job within the given specification and budget for an assigned area.
Study of drawings, specifications, and BOQ and highlighting discrepancies if any to superior - Planning and daily indenting requirements of labour, construction machinery, materials, and formwork.
- Job allocation to certified sub-agencies as per the work order issued.
- Ensuring that the planned output is achieved from manpower, machinery and materials.
- To ensure that the quality of work done is as per specification and ISO procedures

Desired Candidate profile
- Should be B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma (Civil) with 4 to 8 yrs of exp.
- Should have exp in site execution from reputed civil construction companies.
Good in written and oral communication. - Hi-rise building experience mandatory
3. SUPERVISOR – (FINISHES/REINFORCEMENT/FORMWORK):
Charge-hand, shuttering, rebar, and finishing, with 7-10 years of experience in large mechanized industrial/commercial construction projects with relevant exposure to multi-disciplinary activities. Preference will be given to candidates with ITI qualifications.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. SSC / ITI with 7-10 years’ experience from good construction companies.
2. Hi-rise Building experience mandatory.
