About Shapoorji Pallonji
The Shapoorji Pallonji Group (SP Group) is an Indian business conglomerate in India with interests in construction, real estate, textiles, engineering goods, home appliances, shipping, publications, power, and biotechnology. Job Description
Receiving RFP (Request for Proposal) from project lead, Clear understanding of work scope,
ensuring completeness and preparing project brief based upon RFP & available data.
Generating enquires as per provided make list and Coordinating with the vendor for technical
clarifications.
Coordinating with the design team and verifying all the scope of works are covered, design
parameter are satisfied as per RFP and ensuring no high or low quantities taken in BOQ.
Site visit with the design team, noting point to be considered in design & costing impact.
Taking special care for surprise packages, finding vendors and obtaining a quote with the design.
Preparing thumb rule back up from historic rates of high side items and Negotiating with
the vendor for best rates.
Ensures the estimate basis is current costs and escalations are properly covered.
Present to proposal manager to review the cost estimate, submitting vendor technical &
the commercial offer, project brief, scope covering sheet.
Submitting an analysis of individual items cost percentage, Identification of cost weight area,
Building & zone wise cost break up, the area per Sq. Ft. Cost & updated rate analysis.
Preparing budget data for the project and handing over the succeeded project to Regional office with design data, offer backups & Compliance.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 – 7,00,000 P.A.
Experience – 3 – 6 Years
Education: UG -B.Tech/B.E. – Civil, Mechanical
