Job Description
1. Discusses with the Employer in case of any discrepancies during the Contract finalization and project execution.
2. Notifies to H.O Contracts & Commercial Department in case of any amendments proposed either by the Employer or SP E & C
3. Takes approval from H.O. Contracts & Commercial Department before making any commitments or amendments in the Contract
4. Notifies to Regional Head and H.O. Contracts & Commercial Department regarding any dispute
5. Studies the Contract terms and conditions for Dispute Resolution Mechanism
6. Maintaining an R.O. copy of the key document file
Salary: INR 6,00,000 – 11,00,000 PA.
