Roles and Responsibilities
1. Study of Contract conditions.
2. Risk Analysis in respect of key conditions.
3. Writing draft contractual correspondence.
4. Keeping track of various statutory compliance.
5. Preparing and defending claims of EOT and compensation.
6. Helping in smooth closure of Contract.
7. Providing/maintaining necessary inputs required in case of Disputes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong Written Communication & legal writing
Good in Negotiation & Co-ordination with client & external agencies
Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
