Job Description
Desired Candidate Profile
Ensure the quality workmanship throughout the project in all aspects of MEP Finishing
Should have hands-on experience (preferably in Hotel Projects) in All Finishing aspects of MEP
Education & Experience Requirement:
- BE/ B. Tech/ M. Tech Civil ( NICMAR Preferable)
- Exposure to real estate developments related to Hotel or Residential projects.
- Minimum 7 to 15 years experience ( Exposure to Hotel/Residential Project MEP Finishing Experience)
- IT skills for generating MIS reports
- Should have handled at least 1-2 complete execution cycle for a residential project
