Job description
Position: Deputy Manager / Manager – Structural Design
Location: Pune and Mumbai
The key purpose of the job:
The position is responsible for approval and checking of Structural systems suggested by structural consultants to ensure the stability of the planned structure and timely transmittal of approved structural drawings.
Salary: INR 12,00,000 – 18,00,000 P.A.
Education & Experience Requirement:
- B.E. Civil / M.E. Structural with 7-12 years of relevant experience with a reputed real estate developer/consultancy firm.
- Knowledge of ETA BS / STAAD Software
- Knowledge of Design building codes, both local NBC & IS codes.
- Knowledge of seismic design, wind design for high rise structures.
- Knowledge of new construction technics adopted by industry.
