Job Description
Senior Engineer/ Engineer (HVAC/FPS/PHE)/Billing/Planning
1. Senior Engineer /Engineer (HVAC/FPS/PHE)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Candidate should have knowledge in HVAC/FPS/PHE works in Building Projects
- Handling installation, Testing, Commissioning of HVAC system
- Towers, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Heat Recovery Wheels, Pot Strainers, TOAs, AHUs, FCUs, WCPUs.
- Handling Installation, Testing, Commissioning of PHE System (Plumbing) Including Hot and
- Cold water System, Pneumatic System, Water treatment Plant (WTP) and Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP).
- Monitoring the installation, Testing, Commissioning of Fire-Fighting system.
- Co-ordinate with other services and resolve the site related issues.
- Raising RFIs NCRs CARs for smooth functioning of MEP services.
- Co-ordination with Third party commissioning agency & all other service contractors for interfacing & integrating of all services.
- Liaison with Customer and Consultant for speedy execution.
- Project supervision & execution adhering to designed Quality and Safety requirements to meet the deadline of completion.
- Sub-Contractors work follow-up in accordance with project schedule for their timely completion.
- Following the work of junior engineers, foreman, supervisors, and technicians.
Responsible for safety of man and material during installation.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Should be B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical) with 5-10 yrs of experience from good construction companies.
- Hi-rise building experience mandatory
2. Senior Engineer /Engineer (MEP-Billing)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparing client billing includes taking a daily measurement of works.
- Getting certifications, recording variation, collecting payment, and completing documentation required for the job.
- Reconciliation between estimated quantity and contractor’s billed quantity.
- Preparation Comparative statements of vendor quotations. And the justification of rates and preparation of Deviation statement as per approved shop drawings and site requirements.
- Coordinating all electro-mechanical activities with the various teams on site.
- Preparation of reconciliation statement and work statement as per the theoretical and actual consumption of Running and final bills.
- The candidate should have experience in Billing works in Government Buildings Projects(CPWD)
The candidate should have a thorough knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing works. Knowledge of:-
- -IS Codes for Measurement
- -CPWD Codes and Specification
- -Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR)
- -Delhi Analysis of Rates (DAR)
- -Escalation WPI and RBI Price Index (Labor and Material).
- -MS Office especially good knowledge of MS. Excel and MS. Word.
- -Auto CAD
- -SAP
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate Shall be B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical Discipline.
- Should have experience of 4-8 years in MEP Billing.
- Candidates who worked in IITs/AIIMs/IIMs Projects are Prefered
3. Senior Engineer /Engineer (MEP-Planning)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Should have knowledge in electrical /HVAC /PHE / FPS/ELV works.
- Should be able to understand the contract terms.
- Should have knowledge in MEP planning and preparation of schedules, and sequence of activities.
- Understand the critical activities and follow up with various vendors for deliveries.
- Assist MEP manager with various follow-ups and preparation of progress reports.
- Should be able to extract the Quantities from drawings.
- Should have knowledge in preparing client bills and checking subcontractor bills.
- Preparation of reconciliation statements ( Client Vs Subcontractor ).

- The candidate shall be B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical discipline.
