- ability to do monthly planning

- Analyse configurations of the basic components of a structure
- Monitor the contractors.
- transportation & execution of logistics
- timely execution of the job within given specification and budget for an assigned area.
- ensuring that all relevant data required for preparing subcontractor bill and client invoice is given to billing engineer in time.
- planning and indenting daily requirement of labor, construction machinery, material, and formwork.
- job allocation to certified sub-agencies as per the work order issued.
- to ensure that the quality of work done is as per specifications and iso procedures.
- to ensure safety at work as per the site safety plan.
- ensuring that all relevant data required is given to billing engineer/planning engineer in time.
