Roles and Responsibilities:
Hands of experience in Project Management methodologies, supervision of projects i.e. documentary approval & monitoring of project schedules.
Thorough understanding and knowledge of the subject i.e. Infrastructure projects (Buildings, Roads, Irrigation, Power, Railways, etc.).
Planning & Budgeting:- Planning of various projects using advanced software such as Primavera/MS Projects up to the advanced level of planning with S Curve. Budgeting of projects and monitoring execution of works accordingly (i.e. up to L4).
Liaisoning & correspondence with clients such as government departments and private companies through excellent letter drafting and communication skills for contractual matters (technical & financial).
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Prepare Rate Analysis justification for extra/non-scheduled items for claims etc.
- The candidate should be well versed with the required IS Codes for Civil construction works.
- The candidate should be very well skilled with FIDIC laws for contractual works.
Required Candidate: A qualified Engineer (B.E. Civil/M.E. Civil) having 15+ years of experience in Contracts for Infrastructure & Construction projects.
