ELECTRICAL
Basic & Detailed engineering of Power & Hydrocarbon Plants, their Electrical distribution system, cabling, lighting, earthling, substation automation, calculations & system studies. Procurement support activities also after system studies. Should have hands-on experience with Software like Naviswork/SP3D Smart Sketch/ AutoCAD/ ETAP/SPEL.
PROCESS
Detailed Engineering, FEED, EPDP, Proposal, System Engineer, Hydraulic Relief & Flare System, Equipment Design, SPPID Admin, Simulation
PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER (LAYOUT)
Piping Layout Design (Plot Plan, 3D Model, MTO), Stress Analysis / Material Specialist / HVAC / Fire Fighting Equipment
MECHANICAL (ROTATING & STATIC)
MOS, RFQ, TBE & VIP Review for Static Equipment (Vessels, Reactors, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers, Plate Exchangers & Tanks) & Rotating Equipment (Pump, Compressor, Turbine), Knowledge of International Codes
INSTRUMENTATION
Basic & Detailed Engineering, including DCS/ESD Logics, Field Instrument selection and sizing, Layout, 3DModeling Hook-up, SPI application, FAT, SAT & Telecom & Security Systems (Telephone, LAN & WAN, CCTV, PAGA, FAT, SAT, PRS System, IDS, ISS, SCS, Analyzer & Control system), Procurement & site support.
CIVIL, STRUCTURAL & ARCHITECTURE (Design)
Industrial Structures such as Pipe racks, Technological Structure, Compressor Shelter, Buildings, Equipment foundations (Static/Dynamic), Drainage/Roads/Paving Should have hands-on experience with STAAD PRO
SP3D ADMIN & SP3D DEVELOPER
S3D experience with Hexagon S3D tools in EPC/LSTK Companies in the Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas Sector
ELIGIBILITY
Engineers with full-time B.E / B.Tech & Diploma in experience range of 3 – 12 years in EPC/LSTK Projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Refineries
