Job description
Project Manager
This position requires the physical execution of multiple projects within the given time frame and budget. The incumbent will also be responsible for arranging resources such as labour contractors; handling clients both at the site and senior-level and doing contract management.
Job description:
Understand the tender terms and conditions and adhere to the same.
Understand engineering drawings, check quantity requirements and finalise methodology of work.
Depute resources such as labour contractors etc.
Coordinate with site and Sr. client officials including all correspondences.
Lionising with local administrations and locals for the smooth functioning of works.
Coordinate with HO to finalize the plan and budget.
Ensuring work is completed within the planned time frame and budget.
Preparing and checking of all MIS report.
Directing and managing staff and labours Providing all necessary technical guidance for quality and timely completion of work.
Overall accountable for project execution and profit and loss of multiple contracts.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, Civil
