Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive Mechanical Integrity and Quality assurance systems, integrate management systems supporting Mechanical Integrity for Fixed Equipment, Relief Systems and Rotating equipment
- Defining, implementing and sustaining risk management initiatives identified to deliver continuous improvement and/or compliance with industry/regulatory changes associated with Mechanical Integrity
- Responsible for tracking, reporting and identifying MI trends on equipment
- Align MIQA programs with OMS group essentials & group guide lines.
- Provide effective technical advice to the maintenance team, ensuring threats are evaluated, procedures are followed and work is completed in accordance with the companys technical procedures.
- Ensure that any actions arising from inspection activities are fully reported and communicated.
Education Required
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Civil engineering
Experience Requirement: At least 5-6 years of working experience in the manufacturing, inspection and maintenance of refining and petrochemical business.
Skills & Competencies :
- Knowledge of various Codes & Standards
- Knowledge on Reliance OMS
- Knowledge on Insulation, painting and structural integrity
- Knowledge of SAP PM & MM Module
