Job Description
1. Responsible for Construction at respective Maintenance Point.
2. Ensure all Row Permissions are arranged
3. Audit and compliance
4. Vendor management, BOQ preparations
5. Network Deployment: Optical Fiber Network (Inter and Intra City),
6. Cost Management: Capex/Opex Forecasting, Estimating and Optimization
7. ROW permission from State/Central government and local authorities & NOC from local as well as government bodies
8. Material Management: Supply, Order Management
9. Forecast demand and plan accordingly to ensure timely availability of resources. Track critical resources on a continuous basis to avoid the situation of stock outs.
10. Liaisoning with clients, architects, consultants, contractors & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances
Salary: INR 15,00,000 – 22,50,000 P.A.
Educational Qualifcation: B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics/Telecommunication
