Position Title: Manager – Project [Civil Engineering & Interiors]
Department: Project
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
- Manager Project management of civil construction and interior works i.e. Conceptual planning, coordination, monitoring & controlling progress, budget, and quality control.
- The types of projects vary, ranging from constructing a New Villa with Interior Activities, Project work related to residential buildings and Farmhouses, etc.
- The incumbent should ensure that all the assigned projects adhere to all plans and regulations and that safety measures are appropriately taken. liaising works related to complete projects like building plans approval, fire & environmental department, etc.
Work Location: NEW DELHI
Grade: M-3
Travel Required: 50%
Reporting to: VICE PRESIDENT – PROJECT
Administrative: VICE PRESIDENT – PROJECT
Educational Qualification: B.E IN CIVIL ENGINEERING
Experience: 10 TO 12 YEARS
