Job description
Work Location – Hyderabad/ Secunderabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility is to coordinate the efficient and effective delivery of project services for the Civil Engineering Unit, including (but not limited to):
- Extensive previous work experience managing budgets for construction projects with excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment and a Highly organized way of working.
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills.
- Preparation of concise Capex Estimates and present to the VP/Project Co-Ordinators for Budget preparation including budget allowances for works required.
- Determine and manage project priorities to ensure effective application of resources to achieve project outcomes, delivery benchmarks, project budget targets, and company revenue/profit objectives for projects, liaising with the Business Units, VP-Project, and other Project Managers in relation to resource allocation & sharing.
Qualification & Experience:
- Over 10+ years experience in Site; 5+ Years in Planning; Hands-on exp. in the design of Civil Structures.
- B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or another related field. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
