Job Description
As the successful candidate, you will use your technical abilities for new creation and redlining of engineering drawings of the plan, profile, section, and details for pipeline right of ways, roads, ditches, culverts and sumps for Kearl Mine. The specifics of the position are as follows:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D models using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Prepare report figures and construction drawings as directed by Project Engineers/Asset Engineers
- Interpret and implement design basis to independently develop clear and concise drawings.
- Prioritize and manage design tasks to support the schedule due dates for projects.
- Perform design changes and improvements in a timely manner according to project change demands
- Maintain accurate design files for reference purposes
- Provide material take-offs for estimating and constructability
- Contribute to design deliverable estimates including man hours
- Coordinate with Project Engineers/Asset Engineers to align on deliverable timelines and schedules
Education: B.Tech/B.E. – Civil
