Job description
Requirements Skills:
1. Ability to read and understand CAD and Revit drawings.
2. Able to use EXCEL to create BOQs.
3. Familiar with equipment/materials specifications, able to assist Purchasing Department in confirming equipment/materials.
Job Description:
1. Provide suppliers’ technical support staff to our designer/drafter for equipment/material selection and drawing deepening work.
2. Standard BOQ: Standardize the name/specification/unit of measurement of equipment/materials as part of the standardized BOQ work.
3. Review and optimize the BOQ given by the drafter of each system (should follow the standard BOQ format) and integrate it into the project BOQ.
4. Communicate and clarify the project BOQ with the Purchasing Department and review the PO (TDS are reviewed by the designer) to ensure that the order placed by the purchasing department is consistent with the design.
Job Requirements
- Work experience – 3+ years experience in the engineering field
- Skills – AutoCAD / Revit / Excel/word / PowerPoint / email
- Specific knowledge – MEP / Civil / Structure Construction engineering
- Education level and type – Graduated from engineering and technology-related colleges
- Professional licenses, accreditations, and certifications – None
- Personal qualities and attributes – Excellent communication and understanding
Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in MEP / Civil / Structure Construction engineering
