The Company is looking for Proficient candidates for the following positions:
Position Title: Engineer/Sr. Engineer/Assistant Manager Billing & QS/Planning
Experience – 4-10 yrs
No. of Position: 6
Place of Posting: Delhi/NCR, Lucknow & Chandigarh
Qualification: Diploma Civil + B.Tech – Civil
Job Description:
- Planning – schedule management including preparation of master schedule with resource planning & tender event schedule, tracking of the schedule & material, follow up with the vendor
- Co-ordination – Co-ordination with all vendors, conducting weekly & monthly review meetings, MIS preparation, DPR & MPR, documents controlling, Coordination with a consultant.
- Billing – Certification of RA bill, reconciliation of material
- Execution – Day to day activity tracking based on the master schedule, monitoring of different execution activities.
- Budget – Initial Budget, Cash flow, Budget update.
