Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of Tender Document
- Prequalification of Identified Vendors
- Floating Tender documents, Conducting Pre Bid Meetings, Issuing Addendums, Receiving Bids, Preparation of Comparative Statement with estimated, Budgeted & existing rates.
- Preparation of work order
- Carrying out Amendments in Work order & finalization of Extra Items with the detailed rate analysis
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should be Diploma / B.E – Civil
- Relevant experience in real estate contracts
