Job description
Managing all onsite activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
Executing interior works, including civil, woodwork, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and fire fighting, etc.
Supervision of a team of engineers for various types of jobs and resolving bottlenecks.
Preparation and review of Method Statements and Work Specific Quality Control Plans.
Ensuring that equipment/materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
Finalization of requirements and specifications in consultation with Architects/clients.
Ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
Required Candidate profile
Candidate with a diploma in interiors can also apply
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Diploma in Civil
