Oberoi Realty Ltd Hiring Civil Engineers
Job Description
Thorough knowledge in all construction activities (Civil, Finishing, Waterproofing, faade, and MEP) in technical specifications, IS / International standards, Acceptance criteria etc.,
2. Able to establish QMS,PQP,ITP and method statements as per the quality regulatory standards
3. Performs Quality Audits and ensures that assigned work is performed in accordance with defined contracts/Method statements
4.Conduct the process surveillance to assure ongoing construction activities
5. Micro inspections to sort out defects/snags
6. Prepare QA audit reports for all the audits
7. Conducts appropriate follow-up and take to complete any unsolved issues as a result of audit findings
Salary: INR 15,00,000 – 20,00,000 P.A.
Educational Qualification: Diploma – Civil, B.Tech/B.E. – Civil
