Position – Vadodara
Job Description
The core responsibility for Project Manager ( C.E.O. – Project management ) is to manage the construction projects.
Candidate should aware of civil engineering concepts, structural concepts, and competencies to manage the Project Management life cycle until the completion. Cost Estimation and project planning.
Contract management with quality assurance plan.
Should have the experience to liaising with Government Authorities for compliance, approval, and presentation of projects.
Candidate should have conceptual and presentation skills to match techno-commercial requirement and project approvals. Ensuring smooth interaction with Govt. Authorities.
Candidates will be debuted in line management and will be reporting to directors.
Salary: INR 10,00,000 – 18,00,000 P.A.
