Position: PLANNING MANAGER
Job Details
- Reporting to the Head of the Planning Department
- At least 2-4 Years of working experience in the Planning function in TERMINAL BUILDING (AIRPORT)
- Responsible for Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Cost Control
- Preparing Construction Programs, Progress Monitoring Control Sheets, Micro Planning,
- Budgeting, Base Line Schedules L1, L2, and L3, S-Curves, and Progress Reports.
- Preparation of look-ahead schedules; activities forecast schedule, & pass on information to respective departments for timely availability of resources on site.
- Assisting Team in preparing presentations during Monthly Review Meetings with Client and PMC.
Education: Masters in Civil / Bachelors in Civil / NICMAR (Preferably)

Job Description
Experience in the Design of Electrical systems pertaining to Large Conventional MUNICIPAL Sewage Treatment Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Intake wells, pumping stations, and industrial buildings.
Should have a thorough knowledge of design and Estimation of details BOQs and electrical load calculations for related electrical systems, SLDs, the configuration of MCC panels and design of cable layouts, etc.
